Through a web browser

i.Doc features a flexible browser interface which provides a simple way to create and manage documents. Add documents to folders, choose a conversion profile and i.Doc automatically converts to PDF. Users can organize folders and add metadata all in one location.

For more complex needs there is also a full suite of content management tools with workflow, check-in/out and access control. The browser interface is available in ASP, JSP and PHP providing true multi-platform support.

Through Email

i.Doc integrates seamlessly with email standards such as POP3, IMAP and SMTP and with email/groupware software such as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange. Users can convert documents to PDF simply by emailing them to i.Doc. i.Doc can send the converted PDF back to the user as an email attachment or store them in a chosen location. Add to this the ability to integrate structured data, such as meta data and you have a powerful solution for managing and archiving documents through email.

Through third party systems

i.Doc integrates with many popular third party solutions. Organizations can continue to work with familiar tools such as Lotus Notes, Documentum or Oracle. i.Doc runs seamlessly in the background, converting documents and structured data.

Through Watched Folders

Create PDFs in Windows Explorer. Users can drop documents into shared network folders for automatic conversion. System Administrators have a fine level of control over the conversion tasks for each folder.
