Through a web browseri.Doc features a flexible browser interface which provides a simple way to create and manage documents. Add documents to folders, choose a conversion profile and i.Doc automatically converts to PDF. Users can organize folders and add metadata all in one location. For more complex needs there is also a full suite of content management tools with workflow, check-in/out and access control. The browser interface is available in ASP, JSP and PHP providing true multi-platform support. Through Emaili.Doc integrates seamlessly with email standards such as POP3, IMAP and SMTP and with email/groupware software such as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange. Users can convert documents to PDF simply by emailing them to i.Doc. i.Doc can send the converted PDF back to the user as an email attachment or store them in a chosen location.
