Intelligent task management

i.Doc can assign tasks according to which resources are free. Conversion jobs are queued and if a server goes down a task is automatically reassigned to another, so i.Doc runs constantly at an optimum level, even when there are failures in the network.

Errors don’t stop the system

i.Doc intelligently handles conversion errors (e.g. Microsoft Word ‘out of margin’ errors). When an error occurs i.Doc logs the problem and can attempt the conversion again or move on with the next task. i.Doc’s impressive fault tolerance slashes maintenance costs.

Likewise, if there is any interruption to document processing, such as a power outage, i.Doc re-starts document processing exactly at the point of the interruption, with 100% document recovery.
